"My regular landscaper never showed up for Fall cleanup and I found myself calling around in December after a snowstorm trying to find someone to come take care of my leaves and gutters.  Ronaldo called back within a few hours, and he gave me an estimate the next day.  The leaves were already wet and matted/frozen to the ground. He promised that he would do his best to get to me as soon as possible given his existing customers and the upcoming bad weather forecast.
His crew arrived a week later and worked well after dark to clean up my yard.  The got all the leaves that were not frozen to the ground.  Ronaldo set my expectations to make sure that I understood that it might not be perfect because it is so late in the season, which I totally understand.
Ronaldo's crew did the best possible job given the conditions, and I am very happy with the result and their responsiveness.
