He even saw a potential problem out by the sidewalk that he said to keep an eye open for and told us to call him if we saw it start leaking. We did end up getting a leak, and he came to check it out while we were away and called us to tell us what the problem was, as well as where the water was coming from, which ended up to be from a neighbor.
