He said he can fix the problem for us on our side, but he suggested us to talk to the neighbor first and see if they can address the issue on their side first, because he thinks once our neighbor fix on their side, there shouldn't be any issue anymore. He even went beyond and offered to talk to our neighbor on our behalf! We were new to the neighbor hood , and didn't have much idea on how to approach our neighbor on this kind of issue. Sage's willingness to help is beyond our expectation. In the end, our neighbor did agree to fix on their side, so we didn't need to do anything. However, we have no doubt in our mind that if we ever need anything done to our lawn, Sage's service will be the only one we would consider. thank you!

"Very timely response. I met with their arborist the same day I entered the request. They provided sound advice (which was confirmed by others). They also provided a little extra trimming on the property for no charge and made sure that the work produced minimal damage to surrounding plantings. Only complaint was they left some gear behind on the job and I had to call them back to retrieve, which they did the next day. Would call them again for future work."
