"They did an amazing job cleaning up our yard. Very affordable, great communication, and professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will use their services again!"

"Steven Wallot is an experience tree cutter, he's done many years with the hotshots (wildland fire crews). I had to remove a hazardous tree from my back yard. Steve dropped the tree in a safely manner. Thanks for the service."

"Kenny did a good job on yard, but did not do everything he said he would do. Then I gave him $240 for cleaning out gutters and adding on more gutters. He did not come back after doing the yard work. He does not stay in touch, nor does he return my text. It's been two weeks and I have not any contact or refund. I would like to thank Kenny for keeping his word and returning my deposit. I'm sorry things didn't work out as we planned."

"Ramin and his team were very professional from start to finish of the product. He visited the apartment ~ 1.5 months before the project, assessed the needs, and gave a very straightforward and detailed quote. On the day of work, they arrived on-time (actually ~15 minutes early!), tapped and padded all floors so no damage would be done in the apartment or along the floors leading through common areas of building. The work was completed in an expeditious manner and the team sanded and patched any residual holes from the wall that was removed. They even took care of some additional patchwork around the apartment that was not part of the job and did so at an extremely reasonable price. I plan on hiring Ramin and his team again for some additional flooring and paint work that I expect to have in the coming months."

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. We didn t realize how little we actual knew about our house until Shannon s inspection. All things considered and according to our estimates his visit saved us about $3,000 in potential repairs. We now have the knowledge and comfort of knowing the real condition of our home. We have peace of mind and feel the resale value of our home is secure."
