"We are thrilled with the job Manolo and his crew did for us. He did exactly what we asked him to do and also had some good suggestions. He did a Big clean up, pruned, weeded, mulched, cut the grass. He will be taking care of our lawn over ththe summer. I am recommending him to my friends who are in need of these services. "Our yard had become overgrown with brush, fallen branches and just a mess.  Found Mark on Angie's List, along with others who I asked to come over and bid.  While Mark was not the lowest, he had a very competitive price.  But more important was his earnest commitment to my satisfaction.  I have a very odd piece of property, sitting on two streets with lots of tough terrain and he told me he will get this yard in great shape and came across as very believable. 
I am very happy with the work that was done, I see yard that I have never seen - we moved in and it was already tough, just got worse over the years.  Mark followed up with me at the end of the day to check in and let me know his crew would be back the next day.  I had two callouts and those were taken care of that next day, along with the final picking up. 
There was a change in original date, but i still rated punctuality as 'A' since Mark informed me of change, gave specfic new date and new date was still in my desired window for completeion.  I would not hesitate to use MAS again.

"In addition to replacing a stockade fence, Arelio & crew demolished an empty garden shed, established a 4-foot edge for plants, and installed a paver patio in the middle of the back yard. They also replaced the steps from the enclosed porch to the back yard. Great job for a reasonable price -- very efficient (working late on the last day to complete job AND clean up). "Armando and his crew did a great job of transforming an ugly front yard space into something of envy?. They tore up old bushes entangled with weeds and removed a huge stump from a previous cut down tree and years and years of mulch and replaced with beautiful sod as well as edging with cobblestone and mulching an area where they transplanted my hydrangeas. They also tore up my backyard added loam and seeded which I?m looking forward to enjoying in the next few weeks! Oh and all in one day!!
