"Our yard had become overgrown with brush, fallen branches and just a mess.  Found Mark on Angie's List, along with others who I asked to come over and bid.  While Mark was not the lowest, he had a very competitive price.  But more important was his earnest commitment to my satisfaction.  I have a very odd piece of property, sitting on two streets with lots of tough terrain and he told me he will get this yard in great shape and came across as very believable. 
I am very happy with the work that was done, I see yard that I have never seen - we moved in and it was already tough, just got worse over the years.  Mark followed up with me at the end of the day to check in and let me know his crew would be back the next day.  I had two callouts and those were taken care of that next day, along with the final picking up. 
There was a change in original date, but i still rated punctuality as 'A' since Mark informed me of change, gave specfic new date and new date was still in my desired window for completeion.  I would not hesitate to use MAS again.

"Armando and his crew did a great job of transforming an ugly front yard space into something of envy?. They tore up old bushes entangled with weeds and removed a huge stump from a previous cut down tree and years and years of mulch and replaced with beautiful sod as well as edging with cobblestone and mulching an area where they transplanted my hydrangeas. They also tore up my backyard added loam and seeded which I?m looking forward to enjoying in the next few weeks! Oh and all in one day!! Totally recommend the team was neat, clean friendly , very respectful of property and extremely professional!"

"I was looking for someone to help with my fall clean up. I went on Angi list sent a message and M&L Landscape was first to answer. Came by the house that afternoon. Checked it out and gave me a reasonable quote. He came back when he said he would to do the job. Cleanly and efficiently. I spoke of some other work..again he gave me a quote. He said towards the end of the month. Texted me and came day after Thanksgiving and again a couple days later. Mario and his guy did a fabulous job.
