"Like others have said, NW is not the least expensive quote you will get, but they have installed a solid system at our house that has been trouble free with the exception of a couple of heads getting some sand in them (which NW came out and fixed free of charge).  I recommended them to our neighbors and 7 others bought systems from them and I look like the neighborhood hero because they are all enjoying trouble free system and great service from NW.
Oh and the work they had to do because we put in a deck.  Our contractor all of a sudden came out while we were at work and started framing the deck even though we thought we had 4 days before they would start.  I called NW and Mona said she would do her best to get a couple of guys out that night.
Sure enough, 8:30 at night these two exhausted guys came out (because they worked all day) and told me, "no problem, too much work is a good thing" and worked until dark and got the job done.  Totally impressed with the quality of the work and the well organized work they do.  
Unlike others in the neighborhood that used another company...NW did not cause a pile of damage to our yard on the install, and they CLEANED UP after themselves!  People were envious just from the clean yard after they finished.

"They were good. The cost was pretty close to the $160 Big Deal purchase price amount. If it was more, we had them do a lot more. We had tree removal and we had a lot of it. I think that when they came out to do the quote, they came back in a real short period of time. I think it was actually the next day. Usually, they will come out and do a quote and then it is two weeks later, but they came back to do the work really quickly. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up greatly. They had to bring a wood chipper up. It is a really odd place to get a tree. It was over our lawn and they did not mess up the lawn. They did not do anything that has lasting permanent damage. They were very good. They came when they said they were going to. Actually, we have used them again."
