"I have had American Lawn and Tree Specialists for 5 years. I absolutely love them. Mr. Perry is top notch and does an exceptional job. He knows his stuff and does more than the big box fertilizing companies. He always goes above and beyond. Sometimes I don't get my leaves up before the last treatment and Mr. Perry will blow the leaves to the sidewalk and proceed with the treatment. The big box companies just sprayed overtop of the leaves. Mr. Perry also educated me on yellow nutsedge, which he kindly kills out of my yard to keep it healthy. Whenever I have have a question or a concern, he responds immediately. You can't go wrong with this company. They are exceptional at what they do."

He showed up on time, was very fast and efficient, and my yard looks great! "I hired William and his team to weed mulch and clean up my flower beds, and weed and feed my lawn. The price was high, but I thought the quality would be worth it. After the work was done, I thought the job was well done, however, I found that there was weed killer sprayed on the grass, but the lawn was never seeded which created large brown spots on the lawn, the beds were not weeded, only mulch placed over the weeds, which grew through the next week. The weed killer was sprayed on my neighbors rose bush and killed it. When I reached out to William, he ignored my requests to address the problem."

"When I left a review of MD Legacy last year for building a beautiful paver-stone pad, I wrote that I looked forward to calling Eric again in the spring for some additional work. And WOW--they just finished the new projects, which have completely transformed the entire perimeter of our house! We hired them to remove overgrown bushes along the front of our house and create new garden beds in their place, as well as lawn leveling and grass treatments. As he did last year, Eric stayed in virtually constant communication by text and phone, patiently answering our many questions and addressing every issue we brought up with creative solutions. We could tell he was giving the project his full attention, and he designed the new garden beds in gorgeous shapes that complement the contours of our property, with super high-quality materials--from the stunning stone garden walls to the river jack stones laid along the house and used as accents elsewhere. We had such confidence in him and his team that we ultimately expanded the project to the other three sides of our house, replacing several weedy, hard-to-maintain strips of land with low-maintenance gravel patios and walkways--including beautiful stepping stones that make it easy (and fun!) to walk there. Eric's crew was just as friendly and outstanding as before, and over the course of three full work days, I got to know each talented member, including his dad Reggie (always so helpful and kind), Carlos, Jose, Chris, and Walter. They were true artists with the stone wall, making precise measurements and cuts to create smooth curves, and in all their choices they made sure to direct the flow of water away from the foundation. They even cleaned up the yard impeccably. Eric and his crew made the whole experience an absolute pleasure, and at the same time turned our landscaping dreams into reality. We can't wait to have them back for the planting phase!"
