Perhaps as important as the fantastic finished product was that the crew, under Dominic's leadership, was courteous and professional. While regularly checking to ensure that the project was proceeding according to our desires, and repeatedly saying that it was our wall and we needed to like it, they acted like it was their wall and they would have to live with it. That attention to detail indicated that they take great pride in their work, which then ensures that the customer will be just as proud."
