"They went out of their way to make the yard look good, addressed all of our concerns, and asked our opinion as to whether something should be done which might affect the appearance of the property after the fact. Their trustworthiness is outstanding. The only downside, if there was one, was that they did not discuss the possibility of back-filling with soil instead of mulch, but they knew that we were trying to reduce the cost as much as we could also.
