"Our yard had become overgrown with brush, fallen branches and just a mess.  Found Mark on Angie's List, along with others who I asked to come over and bid.  While Mark was not the lowest, he had a very competitive price.  But more important was his earnest commitment to my satisfaction.  I have a very odd piece of property, sitting on two streets with lots of tough terrain and he told me he will get this yard in great shape and came across as very believable. 
I am very happy with the work that was done, I see yard that I have never seen - we moved in and it was already tough, just got worse over the years.  Mark followed up with me at the end of the day to check in and let me know his crew would be back the next day.  I had two callouts and those were taken care of that next day, along with the final picking up. 
There was a change in original date, but i still rated punctuality as 'A' since Mark informed me of change, gave specfic new date and new date was still in my desired window for completeion.  I would not hesitate to use MAS again.

"In addition to replacing a stockade fence, Arelio & crew demolished an empty garden shed, established a 4-foot edge for plants, and installed a paver patio in the middle of the back yard. They also replaced the steps from the enclosed porch to the back yard. Great job for a reasonable price -- very efficient (working late on the last day to complete job AND clean up). Would definitely hire them again."

"I hired Tony to install / repurpose two zones of my irrigation system to water a previously uncovered section of my side yard, which was sloped uphill, in addition to repairing and adjusting a few other sprinkler heads. Tony worked with me on the scheduling and always took the time to explain the work being performed to ensure I had opportunity to ask questions along the way, which was reassuring. "I was completely blown away by the work that we had done. Lisa, who was the designer was very attentive and quick to return emails and really put a lot of thought into my project. She always responded to emails within an hour and was very honest with me when it came to ideas that i had for the project. She provided a detailed drawing of my property with her ideas for plantings, stepping stones, etc. this made my life very easy by not having to imagine what she was thinking. PJ, who was the foreman on the job was also a great guy and on top of things. He always had my best interests in mind when giving his opinion about grading the yard and what would be best for my children, which was my highest priority. Walter was one of the workers who did a lot of the grading and he was also in constant communication with me. Walter and PJ came up with, and implemented a swing-set area that doubled as a retaining wall to bring up the grade on the lower side of my yard and it came out amazing. We had some irrigation issues at first because some areas were being over-watered. Nick, who was in charge of the irrigation came out to my house multiple times, after all of the work had already been paid for, to make sure that my timers were taken care of and the grass remained in tip-top shape. After paying in full, I still got immediate responses from all parties in this company and they provided immediate solutions within a day or two. They could have put me on the back burner to handle current customers, but they remained attentive to my needs. I plan to use them for cleanups and for all of my fertilizing. I highly recommend this company to everyone."

"Armando and his crew did a great job of transforming an ugly front yard space into something of envy?. They tore up old bushes entangled with weeds and removed a huge stump from a previous cut down tree and years and years of mulch and replaced with beautiful sod as well as edging with cobblestone and mulching an area where they transplanted my hydrangeas. They also tore up my backyard added loam and seeded which I?m looking forward to enjoying in the next few weeks! Oh and all in one day!! Totally recommend the team was neat, clean friendly , very respectful of property and extremely professional!"
