"Bob Assarian?s Pro Cut Landscape & Design took on a big job in the back of our property ? lawn & yard waste clean up, and also trimmed back overgrown bushes. Bob was super communicative in scheduling the work at a convenient time for us. He and his team performed the work professionally, efficiently, and to our specification and utmost satisfaction; and for a very fair price. We would not hesitate to engage Pro Cut again for further work to be done our property to keep it looking tidy and well groomed."

"Bob and his team are terrific. Bob has done my yard and lawn care for several years now, and he is consistently wonderful. Always responsive and very flexible, putting up with my occasionally idiosyncratic requests, and always willing to work creatively as my husband and I are trying to reclaim a rather unruly back yard as we shift from a lawn to shade plants. Bob is awesome!"

"I wish i had before and after photos to show the difference. Yes, they transformed the yard. So if you have a hot mess of a yard thst needs taming.....hire this guy you will not regret it."

"Elmer came exactly on time to give me a quote. He gave me a good price which I readily accepted. He then came back, hours later ( as promised ) to do the work himself with his assistant. They did a very good job at mowing my lawn, pulling out really big weeds, and trimming the overgrown bush. They also put back whatever weed cover i put at the edge of my backyard. Really clean work. He ll be back to spray non toxic weed killer around the yard."

"These guys are amazing! Jose responded to my service request in minutes, came by to quote the job (great price) 30 minutes later on a Friday and arrived bright and early Monday morning to do the work. A previous shrub removal contractor had left a complete mess, which Jose and his partner meticulously remedied, then beautifully edge and mulched multiple large garden beds (in 95 degree heat!) I donâ t impress easily, but I was blown away by their responsiveness and the quality of their workâ top notch! I will use them again and highly recommend them!"

"I was completely blown away by the work that we had done. Lisa, who was the designer was very attentive and quick to return emails and really put a lot of thought into my project. She always responded to emails within an hour and was very honest with me when it came to ideas that i had for the project. She provided a detailed drawing of my property with her ideas for plantings, stepping stones, etc. this made my life very easy by not having to imagine what she was thinking. PJ, who was the foreman on the job was also a great guy and on top of things. He always had my best interests in mind when giving his opinion about grading the yard and what would be best for my children, which was my highest priority. Walter was one of the workers who did a lot of the grading and he was also in constant communication with me. Walter and PJ came up with, and implemented a swing-set area that doubled as a retaining wall to bring up the grade on the lower side of my yard and it came out amazing. We had some irrigation issues at first because some areas were being over-watered. Nick, who was in charge of the irrigation came out to my house multiple times, after all of the work had already been paid for, to make sure that my timers were taken care of and the grass remained in tip-top shape. After paying in full, I still got immediate responses from all parties in this company and they provided immediate solutions within a day or two. They could have put me on the back burner to handle current customers, but they remained attentive to my needs. I plan to use them for cleanups and for all of my fertilizing. I highly recommend this company to everyone."

"Fernando came by and went over the job. He returned with his crew and they were very professional and hardworking. They did everything that was requested and then some! The front and back yards look beautifully manicured and we will definitely call on them again."

"Adam replied to my inquiry for lawn maintenance promptly. He was fairly priced, showed up as scheduled and did a very nice job."
