Victor and his crew have consistently done an excellent job with lawn maintenance, weeding, mulching, leaf removal, spring and fall cleanups and brush clearing. Victor put in a drain in the backyard and created a beautiful gravel path for us in the woods. In addition, Victor's wife, Mirtha, does housecleaning and always does a thorough and meticulous job. We have found Victor and Mirtha and their employees to be reliable, trustworthy, and very pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend them!"

He said he can fix the problem for us on our side, but he suggested us to talk to the neighbor first and see if they can address the issue on their side first, because he thinks once our neighbor fix on their side, there shouldn't be any issue anymore. He even went beyond and offered to talk to our neighbor on our behalf! We were new to the neighbor hood , and didn't have much idea on how to approach our neighbor on this kind of issue. Sage's willingness to help is beyond our expectation. In the end, our neighbor did agree to fix on their side, so we didn't need to do anything.
