I scheduled a visit to fix the problems. The customer rep (David) spent time with me watching how each watering jet was working and he identified several issues and then fixed them all. David was very knowledgeable and we ran tests of all jets when he finished his work. Very pleased with his servicing our watering system."

"There were two HUGE (one was three trees grown together- we are talking Tree of Life from Animal Kingdom) trees right between my house and the neighbors- one that had a tree sized branch split off and balanced on other branches. Lopez fit me in for a quote quickly. After obtaining several quotes I went with Lopez. They scheduled my work quickly and showed up promptly on day of treegate 2020. The gentlemen were respectful and careful about the properties. There were 2 houses, a garage, a 9 foot hedge, and a fence around the trees to be removed and the work was wonderful. They were very careful and it was amazing to watch! They had to maneuver around all those obstacles to remove the trees. They also shaped and crowned several other large trees in my yard on the same day. They were finished with all of that work by 5:30 pm and left my yard and the neighbors in great condition with all debris removed and raked. I will be using this company again for any and all landscaping or tree work I need in the future!"

Our yard was a mess from crab grass and renovation debris- they scraped, leveled, spread loam and laid sod. "In addition to replacing a stockade fence, Arelio & crew demolished an empty garden shed, established a 4-foot edge for plants, and installed a paver patio in the middle of the back yard. They also replaced the steps from the enclosed porch to the back yard. Great job for a reasonable price -- very efficient (working late on the last day to complete job AND clean up). "I hired Elmer and his crew to rehabilitate my landscaping after I purchased a new home. (I discovered that the developer filled a lot of the yard with stone dust, so the sod died. Also, the developer dumped a lot of dyed woodchips in the yard.) Elmer was very honest about the strengths and weaknesses about the existing landscaping. He and his crew removed the stone dust and replaced it with rich soil. They reseeded the yard and provided me with instructions about how to maintain the seeds so they would germinate. They replaced the bad dyed woodchips with more natural mulch, and they replaced dead plantings with live plantings that were more suited to the site. Overall, they did a great job. I would definitely hire them again for any future landscaping."

"I was completely blown away by the work that we had done. Lisa, who was the designer was very attentive and quick to return emails and really put a lot of thought into my project. She always responded to emails within an hour and was very honest with me when it came to ideas that i had for the project. She provided a detailed drawing of my property with her ideas for plantings, stepping stones, etc. this made my life very easy by not having to imagine what she was thinking. PJ, who was the foreman on the job was also a great guy and on top of things. He always had my best interests in mind when giving his opinion about grading the yard and what would be best for my children, which was my highest priority. Walter was one of the workers who did a lot of the grading and he was also in constant communication with me. Walter and PJ came up with, and implemented a swing-set area that doubled as a retaining wall to bring up the grade on the lower side of my yard and it came out amazing. We had some irrigation issues at first because some areas were being over-watered. Nick, who was in charge of the irrigation came out to my house multiple times, after all of the work had already been paid for, to make sure that my timers were taken care of and the grass remained in tip-top shape. After paying in full, I still got immediate responses from all parties in this company and they provided immediate solutions within a day or two. They could have put me on the back burner to handle current customers, but they remained attentive to my needs. I plan to use them for cleanups and for all of my fertilizing.
