At the end of the day he moved without any issue, his furniture and appliances arrived in destination safe and with no damages. Everything was properly packed and protected. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.
