"This is not a company that operates in a legitimate manner. My first contact with one of their representatives included assurances that their company handles all aspects of an interstate move. Totally incorrect. World Class Moving and Storage (WCMS) contacts out the pick up, loading, delivery and unloading to independent contractors. They require payments at various stages of the process, as stated in the contract, yet in our case the payments went to three different organizations. They do not accept credit cards for any payments, contrary to the notation on the Angi site. If you do not pay exactly when required, they stop all their work even if you have already paid a majority of the contracted amount. If you dispute anything you end up speaking with some of the most arrogant and disrespectful people on earth. They want final payment even without providing a receipt for that payment. A final inventory was not provided and items were missing. Avoid using this company!"

"Avoid these GRIFTERS like the plague. In 70+years on the planet, I have never been so blatantly ripped off. Their personable point man quoted a move at $4850. At the last minute, the pricing kept going up as they refused to (a) finish loading the truck at one end, and (b) finish unloading the truck at the other. Classic grift. Final cost was over $10,000. Charges showed up as PERFECTLY FAST MOVING and SQ*ANISTJK CARY, NC. BBB rates them as ?F? (but I learned this too late). Legal action is pending."

"They came highly recommended by someone I trust and I can see why. They covered a large local move on very short notice in a snowstorm and were still way under the time estimate and the perfectly reasonable estimate. The whole crew was prompt, professional and personable and I was completely comfortable having all of them in my home. They took the time to make sure I was satisfied with exactly where they had positioned everything and had good suggestions when i wasn't sure where to put things. The whole move was completed without any damage to anything. 10 out of 10 service."
