They had the same crew wrapping, loading, delivering and unloading our belongings, about 20,000 lbs. This is important as our last move, by another contractor in Dallas/Fort Worth, had a different crew for each step and then dropped off our load in a Birmingham warehouse as we waited an additional three days to have another crew deliver resulting in some damage and lost items. My only issue was not getting a lock on the estimated price and it cost about 5% more than the estimated quote. Regardless the total price was 20-30% lower than the two other national carriers.
