If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

They were courteous and hard workers. They did not complain when I asked them to move my furniture around. One of the workers went out of his way to repair my bed frame before putting it back together. They were wonderful. They wrapped my furniture with the moving blanket and plastic saran tape.
