I was in a 2 story home and had some big solid wood, heavy pieces....it was no problem for these two. We have moved many times and the experience has never been good (damage being done to our property) but not with Reign. Their team not only cares about its customers but they take their time in moving right so that no damage occurs. We used Reign in Jan 2023 - it was the best moving experience I've ever had.
