Joe started off with very competitive pricing which was a plus , but after talking to Joe and working with him , he was up front with how they would work , he’s attention to detail was impressive , the van was loaded with care but also packed from top to bottom and from front to back . My furniture was wrapped in blankets and secured with plastic wrap, mirrors and art individually packed and tag with their owner inventory accounting system . I was kept up to date on my cross country move the entire way ! Which relieved the stress of moving horror stories I’ve read about . Joe and his team provided a white glove service , they picked up my furniture in West Palm Beach Florida and safely delivered it to my new home in Homewood Illinois without an item missing or more importantly not broken . You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.
