You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

I had the great fortune of working with Ali over the phone and she was always extremely friendly, knowledgable and encouraging. Moving can be a confusing experience and very rarely ever fun, but Ali informed me of every level of service that Meathead offered and never tried to "up-sell" me into something that I did not need. I started off with a contract that included a truck and three movers, but after moving a lot of the smaller items myself in the days leading up to my move, I was able to conveniently pare down my contract (thanks to Ali again) to just having two movers help me move my larger items via a U-Haul that I rented.
