"Everything went very well. A crew of 3 arrived at the scheduled time and got to work right away. They carefully wrapped furniture and loaded them into the truck. We packed many boxes ourselves and labeled them with destination (room name). This made it easier and saved some time. Wrapping and loading took about 1 HR. The unloading and unpacking took another hr. The crew even helped to disassemble, then reassemble some of the larger pieces of furniture (e.g., bedframes). All in all, a great experience- fast, friendly, careful (no damage!)"

"Am impressed w/"Two Marines Moving"!! From 1st contact thru move completion, the company & all personnel I came in contact with presented a professional organized organization. I was definitely impressed!! Even w/a short notice move window they were able to meet date requested & complete the move. One day out, rep called & went thru checklist to make sure all points & info was correct - EXCELLENT!! On move day team lead ck'd in 1st thing to confirm all details - made me aware of computer outage putting a possible glitch in day's agenda. Even though team arrived 45min later than scheduled they worked together efficiently & made the moving window(elevator res) & then delivered load on time. Load was a split delivery w/majority off loaded at a storage unit & rest at 3rd floor apt - having no elevator presented no problem!! The 3-man team worked well together under the expert leadership of team lead "Will" - they were an effective team & they presented good work ethics. I would highly recommend "Two Marines Moving" & would also recommend the move team I had - they were excellent!!!! Tks Will !!!!!"

"Excellent. I was able to quickly book an appointment for the upcoming weekend with no problems. They communicated effectively and showed up on time to the job. They carefully lifted and maneuvered and awkward piece down several flights of stairs and seemed very experienced. They wrapped the piece to prevent damage using materials they supplied. I highly recommend and would use again."

"Sales team was enthusiastic, knoledgeable, professional and thorough. They came and met with us at least 3 times reviewing drawings/sketches/ideas for the design to ensure we got the deck we wanted. They came to the sales consultations with many samples (colors, materials, brochures etc) that made the decision making process easy. They provided a detailed estimate and a contract that was easy to read and understand and clearly outlined exactly what they would do. The work crews were led by a fantastic supervisor who engaged us often to ensure we were getting what we wanted (at one point after the deck was framed, we decided on a design change and the crew was very easy to work with -- providing revised estimates in a timely manner and explaining and coordinating all the associated code/inspection issues associated with the change. The crews showed up on time, appeared always to work hard (no standing around, leaning on shovels). They finished the deck to our satisfaction on time and within the budget we had agreed upon -- there were no surprise issues that came up. They cleaned up the construction area in a very thorough manner (we have 2 dogs, so needed to be sure there were no nails/materials left). Post completion, we were visited by both the Supervisor and the Sales lead to make sure that we were happy with the service."

"I wanted a good organization system for my garage and got it to my delight.  The installers arrived a few minutes early and got right to work.  They were curteous and obviously knew their job.
My only caution would be to appraise everyone of the cost -- somewhat-to-obscenely high for some/most of the accouterments.  They were well constructed but shouldn't have cost what they charged.
Don't get me wrong - the system is GREAT - but quite pricey.  A small one car garage cost me more than $7600.00.

This was a $149 big deal purchase. It did look better. It was fine. They came out within a reasonable amount of time from when we signed up. They said something about organization and I don't know if anything got organized. Other than that everything else was fine. They did a nice job. I had no issues with them. The garage looks a lot better since they were there. There was only one guy working although two came. One guy left to go get gas for the truck and I think he went to another state or country to get the gas. He was gone, like, most of the time so only one guy was working. I think they have a time limit for how long they are going to be here. One guy kind of got stuck with all the work while the other guy was out driving the countryside in the wrong direction for gas. That did kind of irritate me. I did not have anything wrong with the quality; I just think it could have been done a little better. a lot more efficient and faster had there been two people doing it. I think my husband kind of ended up helping the one guy who was here. Maybe I am not all that pleased with some of it. To me it was sort of odd. The one guy put a lot of effort into it. I think they were on time. I don't recall that there was an issue with responsiveness or punctuality.
