Christine unpacked the boxes and created space through organization that allowed us to have our home back. She helped us through the crisis, and we look forward to continuing to work with her. She suggested a special area be set-up for our toddler which only became possible after organization. "I signed up with Michael for the 1 year trial service agreement at $129.00 per quarter.  We were having ants enter the house as well as other flying insects.  The services were explained that they will come out 4 times in the year to control pests, most of what we have concerns about.  It was clearly explained by Michael and the service tech, Tyler, who actually performed the services that if there are any issues they will come back out at no additional cost to correct the issues.  They both let me know that this was a year agreement.  I think they may be improving on sales and customer service based on some of the past unhappy client's reviews.  Good sign for a newer company trying to make a mark in the area.

Tyler, the service technician, was very complete with explaining the services, addressing my concerns and performing the work around the house.  He even found evidence of field mice that I was not aware of and worked on that as well.  

We will see how their products work and how the service is overall, but I am happy with what Insight, Michael and Tyler have done for me so far."
