Now, about the crew, Cesar is a good dude. He's down to earth, friendly, and seems genuinely invested in customer relations. I didn't get the name of the guy helping out, but he was friendly as well, and didn't mind my dog sniffing around. After they finished, they cleaned up, demonstrated the new opener, and made sure we had the app operational. He answered our questions about the install and made sure we were absolutely comfortable with everything."
