She takes away all of the hardest parts of having to do these jobs. She helps think for you, sets you up so that sorting, if necessary, is super easy. She will also do all of the sorting for you if that is easier. Which sometimes for me, I needed that. She takes away your donations for you and gives them to wonderful organizations. "Steve is awesome!  Met with us to discuss what we were looking for (we had a front closet where we had hockey sticks, balls, shoes, rollerskates, etc all piled on the floor).  He gave us advice on various options and prices and then emailed us a diagram of the organizer which was absolutely perfect.  He worked around our schedule to install the organizer -- and we love it.  I am so happy every time we open the closet door.  Steve has taken care of many of our closets and is so personable and does quality work - and is very cost competative.  He's great!

"Working with Trevor and his guys was AWESOME! He came out to our house, got the measurements, inquired about everything we were looking for in our new deck. He provided multiple options (Cedar, Composite, Combination of both types of materials) and provided his insights to help us make the best choice for us.  I got multiple bids for the job and his was by far the best. There was another builder who was trying to charge an additional $6,000 for the exact same deck. He completed the plans for us and stayed in email and phone contact with us the entire time.
He got the work underway a month before we were supposed to start, after checking in to make sure that was alright with us. Trevor and his guys did a wonderful job using a Herringbone pattern on the decking and really nice wood work for the railings and stairwell. They used routers to smooth the edges and added some nice detail. There isn't one thing we don't like about our new deck. 
As someone with limited experience in construction, I really appreciated that he had the expertise and ethics to do the best job possible. I would refer this company to anyone looking for an honest, hard working, attention to detail oriented builder. It is evident that these gentlemen love what they do and they are excellent at it.

"Mendoza’s Cleaning Service is by far the best cleaning company I’ve ever used. They are a husband and wife team and they do impeccable work. Their attention to detail is top notch- I have a 7000 square foot home and every nook and cranny is attended to. My house looks and smells amazing following their services. They clean every 3 weeks and have always been reliable and punctual. They send a reminder text the day before which is very helpful. Laura Miller, the owner, will have a face to face meeting with you and conduct a walk through explaining in detail the process as well as verifying exactly what their client needs and wants. She leaves nothing to guess work. Her and her team exceeded all of my expectations for work performed on properties that they were hired to clean. In fact, neighbors who had witnessed their hard work had reported to me how organized, careful yet quickly they worked even though they were being paid hourly! The final bill was so inexpensive compared to all the work they did. Laura is always on site with her crew to oversee the process. None of the properties were damaged. Words I would use to describe Laura Miller are honest, kind, compassionate and she has integrity. I can't thank her enough."
