"It went pretty well. Tonya was nice and they made quick work of the job. Areas that were cleaned, were cleaned well, however a couple of areas were missed completely. There is an area at the top of the stairs where you can look right at the floor as you climb the stairs. It had not been touched. The top of the refrigerator was also covered with dust as if it hadn't been touched. I think a final inspection by Tonya would have avoided this problem. I discovered these areas after they left."

"Reynas service has been excellent. I had not had a regular housekeeping service before. I tried 2 others before for 60 dollars and 140 dollars for my 2100 sq foot house. 4 of us plus 3 dogs. They do an excellent job. Clean the fridge change the sheets vacuum the furniture....very pleased. Well worth 130 every 2 weeks. Love it!"

"Let me save you some time and summarize my thoughts on their services: Book. Them. Now. Bought a fridge from Lowe's that they said was too big for my "L" shaped staircase. It was big and heavy and the two guys with straps Lowe's sent just wasn't going to work. But that's what Lowe's sent me and they failed, utterly. So, I hired World Class Labors. I went with 4 guys because it just wasn't much more cost than having 2 and I wanted to have more than enough help for this big, bulky fridge. They were supposed to be there at 9am. At 8:52am I received a call letting me know that they were here! They sized up the job and started at 9am sharp. It took them all of 10 minutes to get the fridge from the garage, through the front door, and up the first part of the stairs up to the landing. The Lowe's movers couldn't get it up there --they quit half way up. The next 35 minutes was trying to maneuver the turn. I had to remove the molding on the staircase as that was holding us back, which took 25 of the 35 minutes. They had no fear of the weight or handling of the fridge. The guys were talking with each other and lifting and talking and lifting and then...viola! The fridge was sitting in my kitchen! It took them 10 minutes to get my treadmill up 2 flights of stairs. I added 35 minutes to the move because I had to take it apart. (I should have done that before they arrived.) Overall, I give World Class Labors a 10 out of 10! Janet and I set everything up via texts which made this a seamless, easy process. She responded to 100% of my texts --my friends don't even respond to my texts that well! And, she was easy to work with. Clearly, she values customer service and the team she sent did as well."
