"After receiving several quotes through Angie's list, our townhouse association chose Montes Sealcoating. Their knowledge and experience was exactly what was needed to repair and seal coating our driveways and private street. Went end asking for we thought we needed. But after their recommendations, the board decided to increase our budget in order to get a bang for our bucks. Thank you Montes for advising so this project will stay off our radar for many years to come. I would recommend rather small or large projects, Montes Sealcoating got your back. "Recommended by US Waterproofing. We had water in our family room after storms. Determined it came from behind brick from chimney. He tuck pointed, put on new chimney cap, caulk, repair flashing & shingles. Repaired cement chimney base. Saw other cracks and took care of those. Spent nearly 10 hours here. Quite knowledgeable."

"The one thing I'm impressed with is he made an appointment, came on time with the complete tools and gave me an estimate right away, didn't waste anytime, he was prompt and professional."
