"Lagos Paving is an outstanding company. Jose and his team are efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job paving our parking lot. I would recommend Lagos for commercial or private projects."

"Rivera Concrete Paving's $8,500 bid became $11,000. Owner Magdiel Rivera adds charges after you're committed and doesn't follow through after payment. Cost increases: I mentioned roots upfront - he said equipment could handle it, then charged $450. Said grading unnecessary, then created false urgency claiming we HAD to grade before concrete. Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"Experts at what they do; very focused on details; very efficient and clean; keeps their commitment; consultative approach."

"Driveway looks great. They pulled the permit the next day. Removed the old drywall and had the new in 2 days. Great communication and pricing."

"Luke was very nice and professional. He stopped by and said he was working in the neighborhood and would we like our driveway done. We agreed on a reasonable price and he did the work right away. Driveway looks good as new. All cracks are filled and we would highly recommend him to friends."

"Midwest landscaping crew was very friendly and knowledgeable, they worked fast and cleaned up after the work was done. I have a beautiful yard that I am happy to sit in and would definitely hire them again for my future landscaping needs"

"They are very helpful with suggestions. My yard looks great and they re-laid my brick sidewalk. Indy was very courteous and the crew was friendly. Great job."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend BJ Sealcoating enough! Brandon and his crew did an incredible job on our driveway, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Before the project started, I talked with Brandon about a few concerns I had, especially the height of our entry steps and some drainage issues around the driveway. He listened to everything I brought up and made sure those concerns were addressed. The way he pitched the driveway to direct water where it needs to go was spot on. The drainage has been vastly improved, and that was a huge deal for us. Brandon is the kind of guy who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He and his crew went above and beyond, paid attention to the little details, and didn’t just rush through the job to get to the next one. It’s hard to find good contractors you can trust these days, but Brandon and his team are the real deal. If you’re thinking about having your driveway done, do yourself a favor and give B"
