"London Pearce was able to come over w/I 20-mins of calling to give us an estimate for our driveway paving. Has the bid to us by the evening. We originally set up a time a couple weeks out due to their schedule. London called back a little bit later stating he was able to do the job the next day if that worked for us! We were excited since we’d gone through 3 different contractors that had come out, bid the job, and set up a date for a contractor who ended up being a no show and the other two never returned any voice messages. London’s crew of six guys showed up on time and had the whole job completed by 1pm. Total of 5-1/2 hours. The only time these guys took a break was waiting for the dump truck with the asphalt. They were on time, efficient, friendly and very hard workers. The driveway turned out great! "When we first contacted them, Mariano came to give us a quote the very next day. The quote beat his competitors by a long shot, and he was a very nice guy who had received great reviews on Angie's List before. The initial yard clean-up & barkdust went forward as scheduled. We were delighted with his crew's work and speed with which they got it all done. However, once we scheduled them for twice monthly upkeep thereafter, there were THREE occasions where they did not show up on the day or time scheduled to do the maintenance. Each time we had to call and Mariano had someone there to do the work the next day, yet it was a major inconvenience not having them show when they would say they would. Our family's schedule is too busy for this kind of unreliability. Therefore we will not be using their services again this summer and will be hiring another company, even if that means paying a bit more."
