The day they came it was raining and it became to intense to finish. I have called and phoned him on several occasions, at first he answered the phone and he says he will be there on that day and then he never shows up then he gives me excuses about other work or his employees quitting or not having enough of them. Now when I call him he just hangs up and doesn't call back. I've left voicemails on his business line also and he doesn't follow up. I've been waiting on him for nearly a month."
