"Nick showed up on time, did what we agreed to do and did it well."

"Rivera Concrete Paving's $8,500 bid became $11,000. Owner Magdiel Rivera adds charges after you're committed and doesn't follow through after payment. Cost increases: I mentioned roots upfront - he said equipment could handle it, then charged $450. Said grading unnecessary, then created false urgency claiming we HAD to grade before concrete. Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"Full flat roof replacement, masonry tuckpointing, painting, sealing, and gutters. Aaron & his crew were very responsive and great to work with. We did multiple walk-throughs before, during, and after the project. He and his crew were very transparent throughout the process making sure to always over-communicate. Aaron helped educate us on our options, and the reasons behind their recommendations without ever pushing us in any direction and leaving the decision to us. The work was done well, on time, and they even came back to do an extra bit of work above and beyond the quote provided at no cost to ensure we were happy with the project. We enjoyed our experience working with Aaron & his crew, and would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated well, and have reliable work at a great price."

"Quality of tuck pointing work is good but cost was higher than expected."

"They came out and gave a bid right away, and they did a great job."

"10x20 backyard patio & 2x7 walkway. Tom was very considerate and attentive when reviewing the project area and provided a reasonable estimate. Tom and his workers were extremely friendly and caring while working. Zero problems during the project and they finished the project quickly (3 days). Very happy with the results so far, if anything changes within the next 3 years, I’ll be sure to update my experience. Awesome experience, great company, and would recommend to others."

"The company will make sure you are satisfied with there work. They reassure you that it will be done. They treat you with the most respect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Sonny is very professional and he knows what too do for you."

"We hired Chicago Service Source after interviewing and getting quotes from 3 other contractors. The quote was not the lowest but we did feel comfortable and confident in the owner that came out and estimated our project. We are more than pleased with the finished results of our basement. All the contractors suggestions worked out perfectly. The quality of the work is what we were most interested in and they have exceeded our expectations. We will hire Chicago Service Source to Remodel our kitchen next year. Highly recommended contractor"
