"Done-Rite Paving worked very hard and quickly in hot weather. A few add-ons were addressed quickly and professionally. I certainly would use Done-Rite again and recommend them for all types of asphalt repair and straight sealcoating. They keep you informed on the project and were always on time and finished as promised. Quality was excellent."

"Rivera Concrete Paving's $8,500 bid became $11,000. Owner Magdiel Rivera adds charges after you're committed and doesn't follow through after payment. Cost increases: I mentioned roots upfront - he said equipment could handle it, then charged $450. Said grading unnecessary, then created false urgency claiming we HAD to grade before concrete. Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"Pat and Midwest Landscaping did a great job on my yard. The plants had literally taken over and we had some poison ivy growing between our fence and the neighbor’s. In one morning they trimmed things that had gotten too big, moved plants to space them out better, weeded and got rid of the poison ivy problem. Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."

"After receiving several quotes through Angie's list, our townhouse association chose Montes Sealcoating. Their knowledge and experience was exactly what was needed to repair and seal coating our driveways and private street. Went end asking for we thought we needed. But after their recommendations, the board decided to increase our budget in order to get a bang for our bucks. Thank you Montes for advising so this project will stay off our radar for many years to come. I would recommend rather small or large projects, Montes Sealcoating got your back.
