"Perez Paving Company deserves more than a five-star review. The last time I had my driveway paved by another company, they simply removed the old asphalt and repaved it. Within three to five years, the driveway had cracked and developed sinkholes. Perez did much more than remove the old asphalt. They also removed the old fill, replaced it with processed stone, and carefully checked the driveway’s pitch with a level as they worked. For example, they made sure the surface would drain properly instead of leaving low spots where water could collect. They followed through on everything they promised—and even exceeded expectations. They said they would remove the old asphalt and fill, add processed stone, apply at least three inches of asphalt, and compress it to about two and a half inches. These extra steps showed they were focused on building a durable driveway, not just covering up the old surface. They did a tremendous job and were professional, polite, and detail-oriented throughout."

We needed a driveway renovation plus landscaping - broken areas of asphalt to repave, cracks to fill, landscaping to build up on the sides of the drive to prevent further crumbling, and then sealcoating. Rick who quoted the job was very professional - his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, worked very hard and did a very nice job with the patch paving, crack filling and landscaping. As soon as the weather warmed up, the crew came back to finish the project with a beautiful two-coat spray on of sealcoating. This over 15 year old driveway looks brand new. Courteous. Nice. Easy to schedule and showed up on time as scheduled. Worked very hard. Did a super job. We will definitely hire E & B again next year for a final sealcoat over the recently patches which were too recently installed to be sealcoated this year. "We signed a contract with Vincent's wife (she is the owner of the business) early May 2018. The terms of the contract for payment were 25% at signing 25 % when the job was stared and the last 50 % when the job was complete. Unfortunately Vince deceived me by starting the job earlier ( two days worth of work) that required collecting the second 25 % of payment (needing the money immediately). He then did not showing up for 2 months. When Vince finally showed and finished the driveway preparation it was nothing but excuse after excuse when the work would be completed. What bothered me the most was when Vince had the nerve to insult my intelligence and make up an excuse that the paving machine trailer had two (not just one) flat tire on the day it was scheduled to come to my home. The job was finally finished 5 months later. Vince was at my home 5 days in five month! Vince didn't even show up to supervise the final paving, only his wife to collect the check. Vincent was very professional and informative (talks a lot), he takes pride in his work and pays a lot of attention into detail he is VERY METICULOUS ABOUT HIS WORK! I'm happy with the work he provided. I would only recommend him if you are willing to be deceived by his made up stories, with his timing. Or you are willing to wait several months to have the work completed and are willing to put out a large sum of money at one time and then wonder when the work would be finished."

"J.Corrigan and the team replaced wood trim and painted all the trim on the second and third floors of the house of my mother. that was difficult to reach. They did the job promptly with great results. We will hire them for future projects when needed."
