"Had talked with paving contractors late last year. I had misplaced contact information and couldnt seem to find NE ABC on Home Advisor. However Jason was notified through Home Advisor that I was soliciting quotes and, to my delight, he contacted me. Price was in line with other comparable paving companies. Jason quoted cost for entire (private) road as well and worked with individual homeowners about specific needs for driveways. I gave him a 4 star overall rating because there were some scheduling issues. However, after discussing scheduling needs Jason stayed in communication and rest of the project went extremely well. Final paving job is awesome and I'm so glad to have worked with New England ABC."

"We had a dirt driveway, received multiple quotes to pave it. Decided on Joe Sparks team because of: 1. The prep process recommended for our driveway, to dig out the dirt and prepare the foundation for the asphalt putting several layers of crushed stone and level it. 2. The process to cut into the road. 3. The price. It took 7 weeks for them to show up, but it was worth the wait! What a great investment!! Excellent crew, efficient. Joe is a book of knowledge! "I was very impressed by the quality of the work and the professionalism of the service. I called Bob and he got back to me right away and came to give me an estimate that same day. He asked good questions and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted done. He assured me that he would be able to get the job done in a timely manner.
When I called him back to go over the estimate he got back to me that same day and answered all of my questions. We scheduled the work to begin within a week or two. When the time came for the work to be done he gave me a time frame for completion and it was very accurate. The work was performed with a large crew who worked very hard and professionally. The whole process took less than a week to excavate, prep and pave the area. Bob was in communication with me the whole time so that I knew when to have cars removed from the area.
I was very happy with the final product. The parking areas are graded perfectly and everything is exactly how I pictured it. They cut out the old pavement and lined up the new seamlessly. They cleaned up everything and left the place spotless and provided cones to mark off areas that needed to cool before they were ready for cars. I am really happy with the level of customer service and can't say enough about the joys of pulling into those new parking spaces.
