"LTs Paving Solutions was referred to me by Home Advisor when I was looking for asphalt contractors for my deteriorated driveway and carport pad. I searched on Google, Yelp and Home Advisors sites for reviews of asphalt companies in our area. LTs Paving Solutions stood out with the highest ratings and highest number of customer reviews, as well as an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. I met with Timothy Oaks, owner and project manager of LTs Solutions. He provided a drone generated aerial photo with markup that showed an outline of the projected driveway with square footage which he forwarded to me on my phone during the interview. This was quite effective. He then proposed what he would do in detail. He gave a two-day timeline and threw in the replacement of a deteriorated asphalt path. I texted a few follow-up questions and Tim responded immediately. I accepted his bid for removal and replacement of the existing asphalt the next day. LTs Paving Solutions emailed a contract outlining the scope of the project. Very thorough with no surprises. On the second day of work, an official from the city dropped by and explained that the apron at the entrance of the driveway would require concrete instead of asphalt as per city codes. Since the city required concrete, Tim proposed a more consistent look by doing everything in the same material. Tims price to go ahead with concrete was reasonable and made good sense. I agreed to go with concrete. Everything went smoothly after the changes. The work was done with skill, precision, and I might add... artistry. Everything was as exactly promised in our first conversation. The driveway, carport and sidewalk look amazing. A perfect job."

My wife was so excited she wanted me to get out of bed just to see the reflection from the street light. I only wanted half the driveway done this year but Ed "made me an offer I couldn't refuse". "We received 3 estimates for a commercial Re Pave We wanted it milled before installing asphalt nobody would price it this was besides Driveway Experts . Edward came out on a Friday and by Monday morning the had a mill on my parking lot getting the project prepped by Tuesday 5 pm 21,600 square feet parking lot was milled paved and line striped. When we first seen the name ?Driveway Experts? we wasn?t sure if the would be able to do a commercial lot like we have the name seems residential but do not let the name throw you off these guys are animals I would trust them on any size project very good crew we cannot recommend them enough"

"TLDR: Since having our driveway done, we have had American Paving do both my sister's and parent's drives. That should tell you a lot about the work they do. Details: We were tired of looking at the cracks and holes in our old driveway. Frankly, it made the outside of the house feel kinda dumpy. After reading the reviews, and seeing how frequently people praise them by name, I called for a quote. Matthew came out that day, measured everything, explained his plan, and quoted a fair price. Our driveway is long, so it was never going to be "cheap", but my wife said it best, “I don’t feel bad about what we spent.” On install day, Matt and James were on site making sure everything was done correctly. The crew worked quickly, but it never felt rushed. Worth noting... I asked them to be careful near a deck I installed myself, and they immediately had someone ready with a broom to keep it clean.
