"We hired Premier Asphalt to re-pave our asphalt driveway. The work itself turned out decent. However, I?m giving 3 stars because communication fell short after I brought up concerns about asphalt drips left on the sidewalk in front of our home. Peter Jr texted me back and said it will go away overtime. Okay, but why did it happen to begin with? Shouldn?t there be something laid over the sideway to and not just roll the machine over it. I have continuously been ignored by him since. As a business i believe they should help a customer feel heard and find a fair solution."

"Chad was very responsive and very easy to work with. He was thorough, detail oriented, and completed the job when he said he would for the price he quoted me. We first have him scheduled in 1st week of October but then our roofing job could not complete in time and had to ask Chad to re-scheduled. He really went out of the way and re-scheduled it multiple times to fit our schedule. They are family owned business and treated us like a family member. It was great to see 2 brothers and their sons on the site working together as one family. The dug out old asphalt and cleaned out the entire area very nicely. Then, leveled and graded the driveway very nice to have very smooth surface. Finally, the beautiful new driveway with very smooth surface of 6 inches of asphalt was put on top to have a very solid and completely new driveway. They brought in an compacted a gravel base, and laid an expert looking asphalt coat over the top of it then. The workmanship and detailing of the work is unmatched of the entire crew. I would highly recommend working with Power Paving and Chad to anyone and I will look to use him again for any needs I have. Five out Five star and very best wishes Power Paving!!"

"We didn't receive the sign off from the city inspector. called Lincoln sewer, a couple of days later paperwork was left in the doorway. A simple receipt signed with the word "passed". The inspectors card was with it. I called him and asked how did the line look out to the street? He said he didn't know cause there was no camera to view the line. I asked him what did he pass then? he said the installation of the cleanout. I called Lincoln sewer, they came out again, re rodded, ran the camera down the line. It was clean from the catch basin to the parkway, but at the curb and beyond there was water in the line and you couldn't see anything. Lincoln sewer seemed to find that odd. they ran 50 ft of rod and camera into the street and the camera, and kept on searching in the street for where the rod or camera had made it do. but couldn't find it. They stated "your drain is fine" those pipes in the street could make a drop off. Me being overtly trusting, I helped load their heavy equipment into the truck and off they went. ........I've been calling the ward office to have the tree causing the problem to be removed, and they told us we should sign up for the city's private drain program, where the city checks the drains and fixes the drain if the problem is in the parkway to the street. I called the city and they said I had to hire a licensed plumber to rod and camera the line with an inspector to sign off on! I told him what took place, and he said, that's not right, call lincoln sewer back and have them camera the line with an inspector present to see it to the street. the permit is good for a year. Infuriated, I called lincoln sewer, only to rudly @#$#@ curse at the nice lady who answers the phone for them. My bigley Bad. Instantly I got a call back ******** me out for my language! I agreed, it wasn't her fault, it was his. We're scheduled for a 3rd time, with a camera and an inspector. I called the nice lady back and apologized. The third and visit is next week. The season pro from Lincoln sewer was upset when he found out no cam was present for the inspector. He felt bad by not being their, I should have been there, but had to leave, do to mom in laws things. But that doesn't change anything. I still coughed up 2800 bucks. Have had no water back up issues since, nobody likes paying for a service that was sold to me, then not getting it. A city inspector didn't look at a camera and inspect my drain from beginning to the street. There could still be a problem, and there shouldn't be. A lot of Ugliness has happened and is still happening. None of this would have occurred if the camera was there for the inspector to view as contracted on the the first visit. I'm upset, the nice ladies upset, the Lincoln sewer is upset. But I still don't have proof from the city that things things are good as promised or paid for."

"I contacted Pavercare about the above issues with my brick pavers.  I spoke with Dawn who set up an appointment with me to meet with Victor C. the following week.  Victor came out as scheduled and was even 30 minutes earlier on the day of our designated meeting.  He thoroughly assesed the problem areas, consulted with T.C., (the owner of the company),  and gave me an estimate.  Victor was such a pleasant and knowledgeable person.  I really appreciated his expertise.  After several days, I contacted Dawn to set up the appointment.  She told me that T.C. would be in touch with me to finalize the work date.  T.C. got back with me within 24 hours and set up a date.  The week before the workers came out, T.C. called again to let me know the exact day that the workers were to arrive.  The work was performed on the day identified by T.C.  He called again an hour before the workers were to arrive.  Jose and his crew were able to complete the job in two afternoons.  They were extremely professional and pleasant.  They did an exceptional job on my seat wall which had begun to separate.  They had to re-lay a section of it in order to realign it.  Now you can't even tell where the open space was because they did such a fine job repairing it.  They also reinforced some sections of the edging on the side walkway and they raised part of the front stoop which was starting to sink in the middle.  Jose and his crew worked diligently the entire time they were here.  They meticulously cleaned up the work areas after they completed the jobs.  They were exceptionally professional workmen and I really appreciated the fine job they did with the repairs.  I also relayed this information to T.C.  I am so glad that I found this company!  T.C. was just wonderful to work with and his superior craftmanship and professionalsim is reflected in all of his employees.  Dawn was wonderful to work with; Victor was very knowledgeable and pleasant; and Jose and his crew did a fine job in completing the project.  I asked Dawn if they also handled landscaping projects and I was happy to find out that they do have landscaping experts.  Dawn set up an appointment for me with Dave, who came out yesterday.  He, also, was so great to work with!  I have been very satisfied with PaveCare, Inc. and the Prairiepathgroup.  I am so happy that I found them.  I have already recommended them to family, friends, and neighbors.  They are the greatest!!
