He is a good listener and understood what we wanted -- and that's what he and his crew did. The job was done in a single day. Mr. Mullins didn't just supervise his crew -- he did some of the work himself. The driveway, which had been lined with white rocks of uneven size that made it VERY hard to walk on, looks great. "Mr. Hotchkiss and his crew pruned the live oak trees in my yard and then fertilized them on 12/8/14 and again on 11/30/15.  Because they did such a good job last year, I hired them again this year.  They know how to remove live native branches, suckers and dead wood without making the trees looked scalped and raising the canopy to abnormally high levels.  In other words, they shape the trees very nicely.  The fertilizer they applied last year revived a tree that looked almost dead last year.  They did a thorough job of cleaning my yard after their work was done.  Prices are reasonable.  I highly recommend them.

"Alcala matched the replaced sections in the 40 year old brick walls and it is barely noticeable.  With time it should blend in.  He also relayed sections of brick pavers that had been made uneven by tree roots.  He replaced numerous Saltillo pavers in patio and around pool.  The work was done on time and in a good workmanship like manner.  I was very pleased with the work and will use Alcala again.
