Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same."

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! "First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.

"Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."
