Get matched with top roofers in Alexandria, MN

"ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. From our first contact to the finished product our expectations were meet and then some. We had three estimates. They were the only one to get on the roof AND offered to repair an obvious problem area. Kris promptly grab his equipment and made the repair. He reluctantly accepted a minimal fee. They returned calls and answered all questions in a timely manner. They were on site as promised, with a courteous, congenial crew. We knew once the old roof was off there were likely to be undetectable issues. (the roof was old and in obvious disrepair - leaks). We were offered more than one solution with price quotes. Considering the additional repairs needed and weather (rain) they finished in a reasonable time frame. Once the job was finished they returned the area, at the very least, as good as they found it. The roofs look better than we anticipated. We had a couple of questions after the completion and Mike came back at our convince and answered them to our satisfaction. All this for a reasonable cost!"

"Unbelievably professional and the workmanship is something you don't see in today's generation. Beyond pleased with the communication . we have a lake home which meant additional effort in variances and permitting. Brendan was with us the entire way. The crew is amazing. Friendly professional and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Donny's attention to detail, And his knowledge of carpentry is something you don't find in today's trades. We are very pleased with the whole process and couldn't be happier with our product. If you are looking to build a deck and you hire any other company shame on you. "Excellent service from the beginning to the end. I had storm damage and needed my roof being replace. I got multiple quotes from different companies in the area. There was a wide range in different prices that I had received from the multiple quotes. I had noticed that some companies also had a contract, and some did not. Committed 365 was able to sit down with me and explain all the details to their contact as well as answer all my questions. I also was able to have all my concerns with insurance taken off my hands with the great work that Committed 365 put into working with my insurance company and laying everything out for me in layman's terms. I was new to owning a home within the past couple years with no idea how the process worked. The company made sure to take care of protecting my landscaping during the process of replacing my roof and being respectful to my property. The owners were on-site each day making sure that the process was going well and that my needs/any questions I had were answered. When the project was done, the owner came and inspected the roof to ensure that the project was completed correctly. Since my roof was done, my neighbors saw the work done on my roof and have now used this company also. I would recommend this company and the great professionalism they showed before, during and after the process."
