"JPCarroll did a fabulous job on replacing my complicated, decrepit Victorian roof, completing it in a timely way and against adversity – they did the whole thing in the month of January in freezing temperatures and sometimes snow and ice. I interviewed five other roofers. However, their sales person took more time and provided far more specificity than any of the other others. Their bid was not the cheapest but turned out to be the best value by far. They went the extra mile to resolve many unforeseen problems, and the quality of work was high. Everyone I dealt with, owners, staff, and laborers, were courteous and responsive throughout. The job supervisor, Kevin, was thoughtful and included me on numerous decisions. Luke Carroll, production coordinator for the job, was always available to help, as was everyone else, even on weekends. He's very knowledgeable! He went right to work . And was finished in no time . He did check other areas of the roof for me , thus was on the front main part of the house . His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional and included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He never pressured us into agreeing to anything. We signed a contract immediately. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised.
