"Jorge, was extremely professional, reliable, diligent and fair. He listened, assessed the problem with precision. and then executed effectively. Additionally, Jorge and his staff, are very thorough whereby they worked tirelessly and they cleaned up the space. What I especially liked about Jorge is that he was very caring about the customers and he stands by the service that he provides. He followed up on the work by calling me to ensure that everything went well with the roof as it had rained extensively the following day. I expressed that I had some concerns. As a result, he came back a few days later, reevaluated the back roof and reinforced the roof just to make sure that there would not be any future issues. There has not been a problem with the roof and it is in perfect condition. I plan to use him for additional work that needs to be completed in the house."
