"Very professional and honest. Did the job fast with a crew and even cleaned my roof with soft wash and made the shingles look better. Now I can have confidence that my roof is secure again. Price was reasonable with a one year guarantee."

"We started the process of gathering quotes for a new roof last fall after a leak developed during a downpour. We called an Architect friend we’ve used in the past for his recommendation. Called that company and they showed up within the hour and did a temporary fix. We asked them for a quote to replace our 25 year old shingles. it was quite an eye opener. “How much?” We then asked a neighbor who just had their home done the year before and who is also in the building/construction business who they used. We called and was told “We don’t do residental anymore”. We asked who they would recommend and tried to contact that company only to find out their phone number was no longer in service. Had a few quotes from companies mentioned on NextDoor. Received three quotes very similar in price to each other and about 50% less than that first company. Now it was late November and we had to wait until spring hoping the temporary fix gets us through. Spring: Decided to get one more estimate because we weren’t getting the best vibe from the other three. We contacted Berg Home Improvements through their website and Nick called us almost immediately. Nick, who is very knowledgeable, has been a pleasure to work with through all phases of the process. We were giving a long list of Berg Home Improvement roof installations in and around Downers Grove which really helped in deciding what color would look the best on our home. Nick’s quote was in the same ballpark as the other three. Our new Berg roof was installed a few days ago. It looks fantastic! We are so very happy with how smooth it all went. A first rate crew with attention to detail. The clean-up was impeccable. A local company that has been in the business for over 60 years and of course there was Nick who made it all happen. What else could one ask for? Thinking about a new roof. Be sure you contact Nick at Berg Home Improvements. You will be happy you did."

"Excellent service and follow-up. The roof was completed in one day and the gutters and downspouts two days later. Nick kept us informed throughout the process."

"My new roof was completed on Monday, June 19. Not only was Estate Exteriors the best estimate of choice, but their work was exceptional! My neighbor commented on how precise they were in measuring and replacing a few wood roof panels as needed. They were extremely careful with clean-up. I have a dog, so am happy there were NO nails found in my yard, and all bits of roofing materials were picked up. It was a pleasure working with Eugene. I found him to be very honest and appreciated his advise. I HIGHLY recommend Estate Exteriors Inc. to anyone considering repairing or replacing their roof. Jan M. Naperville"

"Enriqueâ s Roofing Company is very professional. They quoted us a price and the job was done in 2 days. Roof looks better than expected - makes our house look much better."

"It was a pleasure dealing with Wes, Tom and Bob from the estimate all the way through to the clean up. The crew was very pleasant and professional from start to finish. The crew promptly arrived at 7:00 am and were cleaned up by 12:30 pm. The roof on my home has never looked better! Thank You all at Bob The Builder for a great job done at a reasonable price!?"

"Evaluated our roof with honesty."

"Angelo was helpful, thoughtful, and professional during the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly to make sure we knew what we were getting and communicated every step along the way. We wouldn't hesitate to call Guardian Roofing for any future roofing needs."

"I recently bought a 2-flat with a flat roof that was in really rough shape and especially difficult, it was multiple layers deep and completely in shambles. David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. They also did an amazing job as you can tell by my attached pictures."
