"Excellent. Three weeks after the storm Wyndhill was loading our roof with supplies. The following week the workers replaced the roof and did it in just one day. They arrived at 6:30 am and left at 7 pm. They were fast but still did a very nice job. They used quality materials and even gave us a few extra attic vents at no additional cost. They sent the guys who replaced our gutters and downspouts just 2 days after the roof was replaced and then replaced the spark arrestor caps another few days after that. "What a pleasant experience I had with Advanced Construction Roofing. I was honestly not looking forward to having my roof replaced. I have only gone through this process once before with a different company and it was not a good experience at all. With ACR it was easy on my part. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it.
