Get matched with top roofers in Chapel Hill, NC

"My aging roof was nearing its lifespan and I wanted to replace it with Cool Roof technology shingles to reduce the heat absorbed by the roof. I chose CertainTeed because it was the only manufacturer to sell Cool Roof shingles here in Raleigh, NC and also because it manufactures shingles in Oxford, NC. I was referred to Artisan by a local building supply company sales rep, who had a glowing opinion of them. I selected Artisan for the job because they were certified with CertainTeed and were able to direct me to an actual example of what the installed shingles would look like. I was impressed by how quickly I was issued a quote at a fair price with an attractive pricing structure. I was also impressed by the meticulous attention to details noticed by their sales rep who visited to issue and explain the quote. The Artisan team was uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and well-organized. My 4000 square foot roof was replaced in one day and on the date it was scheduled for."

"They were able to fix our roof very quickly, great customer service and explanations of the repairs."

"Had the roof on two rental houses replaced. They completed each roof in one day and cleaned up after words without disrupting tenants or bushes."

"Our roof cleaners discovered a "soft" spot in our roof and some cracked shingles. We finally located the water leaking into the ONLY tiny attic space - SO we hadn't seen any leak in the home yet. Kevin from Mabry came out so quickly, did a full inspection and very realistic assessment of the whole roofing system. It was evident that this was a repair project (UNinsured) rather than roof replacement. Several people on up to Mr. Mabry got involved in determining a realistic estimate and process, while informing us clearly of the UNknowns that would/could come up in the process and how we would deal with them and how they MIGHT price them. They ended up having to do all of those next steps - including rebuilding the whole skylight. We could NOT be happier with the process and the results. Full professional complete job.. Looks fantastic , finished quickly and a fair final price without undue surprises. Will call Mabry first on any future work. Would/Will recommend to anyone."

"I recently had a phenomenal experience with Double A Roofing during a full roof replacement. Aaron, the owner, provided personalized service from start to finish. The project, including replacing two sun roofs, exceeded my expectations. Aaron's proactive advice on dealing with insurance was invaluable. The team's professionalism, reliability, and fair pricing make Double A Roofing my top choice. Highly recommend for anyone seeking expert roofing services!"

"Miguel and his team did a fantastic job repairing our roof! They were quick, professional, and super easy to work with. Everything was handled smoothly, and the repair looks great. We’ll definitely be calling Excel Roofing again for any future roof work. Highly recommend Miguel and his crew!"

"American craftsmen showed up on time, worked steadily and did a beautiful job on the roof. They also installed permanent gutter guards. We were well pleased with their work and would highly recommend"

"Recently had our roof replaced by A&M Premier Roofing Co. Originally met with one of the owners who explained the work, and process of the entire project which followed soon after. From estimate to completion of work, this company was great to work with! They installed a beautiful roof. The installation crew was right on time, and finished within a specified time - all very friendly, professional, skilled and very efficient. They were meticulous with their clean up - no trash, and no nails. Thank you A&M Premier Roofing Co. owners, office staff, and especially to the roof installers/crew; couldnâ  t wish for a better experience! Ruth Z."

"Most of work was done professionally and in a timely manner - with no issues. We were not completely satisfied with the roofing work. Our concerns were addressed immediately. Overall it was a surprisingly great experience. We were impressed at the efforts the work crews made to restore our yard to its original condition."

"Replacing a worn-out roof can be a daunting task. You want the job done right and for a reasonable cost. The first roofer claimed to have been in business for years in two states. The BBB reported them as a new company (Name Changed 2x+! Why? What were they hiding?). The second company admitted that it was new and under-bid the job. I could expect to get a low-quality job and/or have them ask for more upon completion. The third company bragged about being in business for 90+ years and bid twice what the insurance company estimated for the job! They were out of my league! Then Clyde Hance called. He has years of experience in both re-roofing and house-construction. He had many good suggestions for everything associated with a roof replacement and he has an experienced crew. They did a re-roofing that exceeded my goals for both quality-installation and completed-appearance. And, afterward the invoice had a very reasonable increase for some surprise roof deck rot / replacement of plywood. With Clyde Hance Construction we ended up with ROOFING DONE RIGHT!"
