"This is an outstanding roofer. He is a small businessman, does his own estimating, and is on the job working with and supervising his crew. .Mine was a big roof - about 35 squares or more of 30 year shingles. He was meticulous and thorough. He did everything in the contract , and more besides. There were no surprise add-ons.
His price was significantly lower than the other bidders. Other bidders sent salesmen who only offered 50 year shingles, would not themselves be on the job and bid thousands of dollars more.
Highly recommend him.

"I hired Troy-Bilt-Construction for my deck and custom porch project and I couldn't be more happier and pleased with the final product! Troy is a true perfectionist when it comes to his trade! They showed up everyday and worked very long hours until the project was completed! Troy was very helpful In helping me make some of the design decions that I wasn't sure about and always thinking about keeping the structural support part of the build in mind! I truly love my new deck with a beautiful custom screen porch using the ScreenEze system! The job site was cleaned up at the end of everyday and all trash was taking away at the end of job!
