"The pros were great and the roof looks beautiful, had a great finance program, but they installed electric vents and said we needed to get an electrician, did not feel the electric ones were needed."

"The team was very professional and did an amazing job."

"Steven Drywall and Home Repair LLC did an excellent job replacing my roof and fixing the sheeting that was rotten. My new roof looks great."

"All around great service, very professional and straight forward experience. From evaluation of roof condition and or damage, to working with the insurance adjuster to help determine replacement over repair options, Dunlop Roofing was top notch and did a wonderful job installing my new roof in just one day. An awesome company that I fell comfortable recommending."

"We were pleased with all phases of the process, from initial evaluation, through listening to our concerns, roofing options of materials, negotiating the written contract, and completing the job effectively, (Weather permitting)"

Founded by Hunter and Lilie Wilson, our company was built on a simple promise: honesty, quality, and dedication to every homeowner and business we serve. "Work requested was patching an asphalt roof (not metal) which recently lost some shingles. Crew came the next day on a Sunday afternoon which was greatly appreciated and did a great job on several bad spots on the roof. Only quibble I had was communication. Neither of the two roofers who did the repairs spoke very good English and even the owner was difficult to understand making it hard to explain the repairs needed and to get an estimate before the job began. However responding on a Sunday (heavy rain predicted for Monday) and doing a very good repair got them 5 stars."

"From start to finish, Maven Roofing exceeded every expectation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence is second to none. Every member of the team—from the initial inspection to the final cleanup—was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cared about delivering a top-quality result. What impressed me most was their clear communication throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was fully informed and comfortable with each decision. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left my property spotless. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional. You can tell Maven Roofing takes immense pride in their craft — not just “getting the job done,” but doing it right. It’s rare to find a company that operates with such integrity, skill, and customer focus. They truly embody their values and stand behind their work. "Great honest contractors. They did my bathrooms, hot water heater, unclogged my house drain and they did a French drain so my basement is not wet anymore. I already hired them to do my whole roof in the spring. I will hire them anytime."

"Spencers Custom Construction is a superb team of hard workers. They pay immaculate attention to every little detail of the job. They have pressure washed my house and deck and then stained the deck and stairs in addition to the hand railings to a side door. They installed metal mesh covers over my wide gutters and repaired a problem. In addition, they purchased and installed a heavy storm door and latch at the front door. When two exterior doors arrive they will install them. They leave the job site neat and tidy daily and do an excellent job on everything. Their quote was very fair and lower than anyone elseâ s and they are proud of the work they do. If you need something done, I highly recommend Spencers Custom Construction as they are very conscientious and knowledgeable. 252 229 1011 spencersforhire@gmail.com"
