"Remmy contacted me quickly and came out the next day to check out my roof. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Remmy and his crew came out and fixed the problem quickly as well as making sure there was no other problems. They will always be my first to come to if I have roofing problems."

"Ryan and Darren were general contractors in my project. They did an excellent job. They made us feel with my wife as priority with our project being the first and only project. They have a great customer service. They went above and beyond fixing things we didn't even knew needed to be repaired. Overall, they did a great job. Then, we had the roofers who didn't performed as expected. I'm still finding nails on the roof. They didn't cleaned up that well after themselves. In regards customer service, I didn't quite interacted with them."

J Tech called me back immediately, scheduled an appointment, and had someone meet with me within a week of contacting them. They did an excellent job of explaining the process of putting on a new roof and the products they would be using. They also answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Once we signed our contract and paid our down payment, it was about an eight week wait for our new roof. Once they were able to start on my roof, they had the entire project done in a day and cleaned things up so well that the only indication that they had been at our house was the new roof. I plan on using J Tech for any future roofing needs I have and highly recommend them."
