"Joe came out several times to accomodate our crazy schedules. He was always nice, professional, and a joy to work with. When we finally agreed on a price, and we were able to gather to money we signed our agreement and Joe placed the order. He was always upfront. There had been an issue from the supplier that put us behind, Joe called to assure everything was fine and he would get it taken care of. The guys who came out to do the work were professional. They had left some lunch trash and apologized over and over again. The end of the day the windows were beautiful. We had some trouble locking several of the windows. Joe himself came out to see what the problem was and had it resolved. He is one heck of a nice guy that ensures his crew did a great job. I cannot recommend this company enough. He was fair and professional.
