Let me know that he could replace the missing shingles but that he also needed to seal some areas of the roof. He came over a few days later, replaced the shingles, sealed the areas. He had taken pictures so I could see before what needed to be done and after what he had done. It was great to be able to see both sets of pictures. He was great, polite and very professional. He put some silicone over the crack to temporarily stop the leak. He came back the next day and replaced the plastic vent with a metal vent.
