"5 STARS ALL AROUND! I received other quotes and Edgewater was middle of the road. What received our business is EVERYTHING that was promised from something as simple as sending me a text then being here at a certain time was all fulfilled. My first meet with Cong there was no rush. He gave me all the time and attention I needed to ask questions and answered with patience. He climbed on the roof and looked around listening to my concerns. He told me he would be staying on the jobsite from start until finish. I was thankful there would be no calling into an office with a middleman. He immediately sent me the quote and let me decide. Cong called one day to check in with me after we were already working together. I was having a hard day and working on our golf cart. HE SHOWED UP WITH TOOLS to help me. When it was roofing day, his crew were ALL outside waiting to start, the trailer was backed up and they worked together like a team of ants putting breathable tarps up to protect the plants and our yard. They made sure our neighbors knew they would be roofing and if they had any concerns or if any plastic, etc. should blow over to let them know. They would be happy to take care of it. Cong was at our home the entire day unless he had to make a run for more wood. He continually sent pictures of the roof so we could see what he was looking at. When he made the wood run, he sent me updates of what sizes he had to purchase. He brought wood to the job, but our roof was way worse than we anticipated (not their fault). If we had not had so much damage this crew would have had our roof on in one day. It did take a day and a half due to all the damage. I was amazed at how well they worked together. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone."
