"It went great. They had to run electricity for new wall switches and venting through an upstairs closet and out the roof. They showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. They updated us with progress as they went along. I was concerned about new carpeting getting messed up going up and down stairs. However they laid drop clothes everywhere they walked and cleaned everything up before they left. You'd never know anyone was doing work in here. The fan and light work great. I made contact with Emmett and we set up  a date for him to come and perform the work.  I also sent him pictures of the area that needed to be replaced.  He was extremely helpful and also sent me a list of supplies that I would need to have to complete the job.  When he arrived, he was friendly and professional.  He informed me of the different reasons that there was wood rot and also pointed out different problems with my gutters, roofing etc. He quickly got to work and did an excellent job of replacing the wood to the fascia.  I also explained that I was having someone come to do a job on my roof and he told me what to look for.  When he finished he did a thorough clean up and also put the extra wood in the garage.  I am thoroughly pleased and I am looking forward to doing other projects with Titan Construction.  I recommend them in the highest regard!!!!!
